The Job:

• The day to day achievement of personal and team KPI’s
• Ensuring the successful purchasing of goods for production with the best possible lead times and costings
• Being innovative and efficient in the sourcing of materials and equipment required
• The management of supplier performance and maintaining good working relations with suppliers and customers
• Conducting pricing and service negotiations, providing Camden Group with the best possible agreements with the right quality
• Maintaining stock levels and supply chain flow to ensure customers experience the best service and goods
• To perform the job in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work Policy and Procedure
• To perform any other duties as may reasonably be required from time-to-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Antrim: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

The Person:

All new hires must meet all Camden minimum employment qualifications in effect at time of hiring.

• Experience working in a purchasing or procurement role
• Be able to think creatively and offer solutions
• Be passionate about working in this industry
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Experience of working within in a busy department within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
