This position will mould one of the next generation of Northern Ireland’s business leaders and entrepreneurs.

This 2 year graduate program will see the successful candidate undertake a large number of short term projects across procurement, finance, investment analysis, supply chain, process engineering and new product development.

The Business Improvement Co-ordinator will work alongside the Continuous Improvement Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to improve business profitability and implement strategic change.

With direct responsibility for project execution given to you from the outset, you will see the impact of your work on the business’ performance from an early stage.

This role requires a graduate with a strong aptitude for problem solving, numeracy and communication who can demonstrate their commercial acumen and ability to work independently.

Skill/Experience Requirements
Expected/Achieved minimum 2:1 degree in Business, Engineering, Science or related discipline.
